  • 4 ounces thin rice noodles
  • 12 ounces chicken breast, ground them please
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, fleshly grated please
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, shredded
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons virgin coconut oil
  • 1 red chili peppers, please seed and finely chop
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 3 cups lettuce, shredded please
  • ½ cup carrot, peeled and shredded please
  • Fresh cilantro, sliced Fresno peppers, lime wedges, and/or sliced green onions, for garnishing and presentation

  • Please begin by preparing the noodles according to the package directions.  Drain the liquid after and reserve.
  • Now in a large mixing bowl, please combine the ground chicken, with the cilantro, the ginger, and salt.   Mix well and shape them in to small 16 meatballs.
  • Heat a large skillet and add one tablespoon of coconut oil over medium flame in your American stove.  Cook the meatballs by turning them occasionally on the wok for about ten minutes until they turn brown and cooked through.  Then transfer the meatballs to a plate and turn off your American stove.  
  • Then add the remaining two tablespoons of coconut oil and chili pepper to the warm skillet.  Add the vinegar, the honey and the lime juice.  Stir until smooth and reserve. 
  • In serving the dish, divide the lettuce, the noodles and carrots among serving bowls. 
  • Then top them with the meatballs and carefully pour the sauce from the wok.

  • 1 lb pork tenderloins, please cut them into bite sizes
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp gingerroot, grated please
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 large white onion, please slice and remove seeds
  • 1 sweet red pepper, please slice and remove seeds
  • 1 sweet green pepper, please slice and remove seeds
  • 1/4 cup beef broth, please choose the low sodium type
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup coriander, please chop them 


  • In preparing this recipe, start by thinly slicing the pork but always across the grain into strips for a more tender effect.
  • Then in a medium size mixing bowl, mix the cornstarch, the garlic and soy sauce, plus the one tablespoon sesame oil.  Add the ginger and black pepper.  Then toss the pork on the mixture and marinade it for at least twenty minutes at room temperature. 
  • Begin frying by heating a wok or large skillet on high flame at your American stove.  Add the vegetable oil wait till it is hot. 
  • Then stir fry the pork with its marinade mixture, but in batches please until slightly browned for about one minute on both sides. Transfer to plate and repeat with the remaining pork until done.
  • Reheating the pan, add the red and green peppers plus the onions.  Continue to stir fry until the onion is softened approximately about three minutes.
  • Then add back the pork and its accumulated juices to pan. 
  • Then stir in the beef broth and the oyster sauce.  Cook and stir occasionally until the sauce thickens for about one minute. 
  • Pour in the remaining sesame oil and garnish them with coriander.

  • Start frying by heating a wok or a large skillet over medium flame on your American stove.  Add the canola oil.
  • When canola oil is hot, add the garlic and the onions and gently cook the, for three minutes until the onions are translucent but not overcooked.  
  • Then add your shrimps while they are still half frozen and fry them until they turn opaque in color for maybe about three minutes in your wok. 
  • Then continue to cook and add lemon juice and chili pepper, stir and then season with salt and pepper according to your taste.  Remove the shrimps to a plate and reheat the pan.
Sauté the vegetables:
  • Pour the remaining canola oil to the wok or your large skillet.
  • Then add in the half frozen mix vegetables and cook and stir them for about four to five minutes.  Make sure they become translucent and still crunchy. Watch the flame of your stove it might over cooked the vegetables. 
  • Then add the soy sauce and grated ginger to the veggies and stir to combine.
  • Combine:

The marinade:
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 small Thai chili
  • 2 tbsp. chopped lemongrass
  • 2 tbsp. chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper
For stir fry:
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 lb. flank steak, please cut them  into one inch strips or bite sizes
  • 1/2 c. yellow onions, sliced thin
  • 1/2 c. julienne carrots
  • 1 c. broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • Process all the ingredients except the beef in a blender or food processor so that the marinade comes together. 
  • The marinade the beef with a half cup of the puree marinade.  Please transfer the remaining marinade to a sealed jar and reserve for future use, can stand in the refrigerator for a month.  Marinate for 15 minutes to an hour.  The longer the marinade the better for a more tender flavorful beef. 
  • Cook beef on hot canola oil preferably in a wok on high flame in your American stove.
  • Sear the beef without moving it until a nice dark brown crust is formed.
  • Then add onions, the carrots and broccoli and stir fry for a minute.
  • Then add water and 2 tbsp. of garlic and 2 tablespoons of soy marinade and cook until glazed.
  • Serve with 2 cups of hot steaming brown or jasmine rice.
  • Makes four servings.


This stir fry is perfect if you are watching your calorie intake. Ground beef gets a nutritious boost when mixed with chopped veggies like kale and bell peppers, paired with coconut flavored rice, giving the dish that exotic flavor.

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 tbsp. of olive, grape seed, canola  or peanut oil, please divide into two
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger powder
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 6 mini bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 bunch kale, stemmed and chopped
  • 1 tsp. dark sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 can organic coconut milk
  • 1 c. brown or jasmine rice

  • Heat 1 tbsp. oil in wok over medium-high flame in your American stove. 
  • Then add the ground beef and stir to break it up as it cooks.  When beef is browned, please remove and drain.
  • Then add the remaining oil to the wok plus the carrots and cook for two minutes.
  • Then add the remaining vegetables and cook until they are tender.  Then add the spices and continue to stir.
  • Bring back the beef to the wok and stir to combine the ingredients together.

  • For coconut rice: cook rice according to package instructions replacing water with coconut milk.

Fruit Recipe For Stir Fry

Pomelo is a native fruit to Southeast Asia, which is a yellow orange fruit that is very similar to grapefruit.  In this article we will share a recipe for stir fry that uses this fruit that promises to be extra flavorful dish with a heavenly delicious after taste.  For some, you may not be familiar with this fruit, but it has its origins in Southeast Asia.  Because stir frying is originally from Asia, it is but fitting to introduce this recipe to everyone for an Asian dinner treat.   Have fun and enjoy this recipe at your own kitchens.   

1.    POMELO GREEN BEANS:  This recipe serves four persons.  Preparation time is five minutes and cooks in eight minutes. 

  • 6 medium cloves of garlic, peeled
  • 1/2 cup toasted walnut halves
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, fine grain please
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (oregano, chives, etc)
  • Two tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3-4 tablespoons olive oil, choose the extra virgin type
  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • 1 cup of Pomelo or orange segments
  • 1 small head of radicchio, finely shredded
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add salt.  Cook the garlic cloves for ten minutes. 
  • Remove with a strainer or a slotted spoon then transfer to a mortar and pestle.  Mash the garlic with five of the walnut halves.  Add more salt and the herbs into the paste.  Then gradually add the olive oil until the consistency is to your desire.  Taste-test it and adjust with salt if necessary.  This is your dressing and reserve for serving.
  • Start frying by heating a wok or a large skillet over medium high flame on your American stove.  Add the vegetable oil and then cook and stir the green beans until they are bright green just a minute or two.  You would want them to be crisp tender.  Then transfer to a serving bowl.
  • Then toss well with the garlic-walnut dressing and add the Pomelo segments, shredded radicchio, and remaining walnuts. 
  • Serve immediately while it is hot.  You can add sautéed tofu or poached egg for a vegetarian diner.

This quick stir fry features broccoli and flank steak sautéed by a very delicious sauce.  This is a typical Chinese dish, where the sauce just coats the beef and vegetables.  To marinating beef is often essential to ensure the meat is flavorful. But the meat here is not marinated overnight.  The beef is only marinated at room temperature for twenty minutes. 

  • 5 cups bite-size broccoli florets (12 ounces), stems cut into 1/4-inch pieces
  • 12 ounces flank steak, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced, fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 teaspoons of dry sherry, please divide 2 and 1 teaspoons
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha, but you can add more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil, divided
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

  • First steam broccoli over an inch of boiling water in a large saucepan fitted with a steamer basket until bright green for about one minute. Then transfer to a colander and drain.
  • Prepare steak by cutting the steak against its grains into 2-inch-wide bite pieces at one fourth inch thick sizes. 
  • Combine the steak, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, 2 teaspoons rice wine (or sherry), cornstarch, salt and pepper in a medium size bowl.  Stir to combine.  Marinate the beef in room temperature for at least twenty minutes.
  • Then mix the hoisin sauce, chile sauce and the remaining one tablespoon rice wine (or sherry) in a small bowl or a coffee cup.
  • Begin frying by heating a 14-inch flat-bottomed wok over high flame on your American stove.  Swirl in one tablespoon oil.  Then carefully add the beef in one layer. Cook undisturbed for one minute and let it sears with the heat.  Then stir-fry until lightly browned but not quite cooked through for about one minute.  Transfer to a plate and reserve.
  • Add the remaining one tablespoon of oil into the wok and add onions to cook until just translucent for about 30 seconds. 
  • Then add the broccoli and stir until just combined for about fifteen seconds. 
  • Add back the beef and any juice left to the wok.  Stir in the hoisin sauce to the wok.  Then stir fry the beef for one minute more.
  • Season with more chile sauce, if desired.  Serve immediately this recipe for stir fry while hot and enjoy its aromatic Asian flavors.

The Chinese stir fry recipe sauce is one of the most authentic varieties of the family of sauces and is mostly spicy sweet and sour made with garlic, ginger, lemon juice, soy sauce, cornstarch, Tabasco, and wine.  The spices are simply fried in sesame oil and are mixed with cornstarch dissolved in water or cornstarch slurry. To get your required consistency, enough water may be added while heating the ingredients.  There are a number of stir fry sauce recipes with a number of other ingredients but the main ingredients are mostly kept intact.  Stir fry sauces are the main flavoring ingredient of any kind of Chinese or Thai stir fry dish.  To make it simple, a basic stir fry sauce can actually be used in any type of stir fry dish.  For example, a spring roll sauce can also serve as a stir fry sauce.

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce or more to taste
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup rice wine
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Begin by whisking the chicken broth, soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, sesame oil and pepper together in a small mixing bowl.
  • Then on a coffee cup dissolve the cornstarch in a few tablespoons of water.  Make sure you don’t leave clumps and have a smooth milky liquid or slurry.
  • Then heat the oil in a small sauce pan over medium flame on your American stove. 
  • Then add the fresh ginger and garlic and cook it for a few seconds until fragrant.
  • Then pour the soy sauce mixture into the sauce pan and bring let it boil.  Please reduce the heat once it boils and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  • Then add the cornstarch slurry and turn the heat up again.  Constantly stir the sauce till it gets bubbly and begins to thicken.
  • You are done and it is now ready for your favorite stir fry.
  • For leftovers, allow it to cool and store it on a small container with a lid in the fridge.  
  • You must use it up within a week.
